Fantastic service!<br>My wedding ring needed the diamond to be reset. I had worn it constantly for years, all of the prongs were worn down. The stone fell out while I was making a bed. I thought the gem I saw on the sheet, was some sort of craft piece, and intended to throw it away. I caught a glimpse of my wedding band and realized what had actually happened.<br><br>My ring was meticulously cleaned, and returned to me quickly, looking brand new.

Thank you is not sufficient for your kindness during this process.<br>We had a house fire this year, I took all of my real jewelry to Schumacher’s to get cleaned and settings checked.<br>Between rings and earrings and necklaces there were 20 + things.<br>You couldn’t tell what some of the gems were or if they were silver or gold. Absolutely wonderful diamonds, settings and bands and customer service!!! At first, when you walk in, you think you are at a dentist office or something similar because it's a waiting area with a window. However, the way they do business is way more personal and comfortable than a show room. I went back to Sandie's office and had a quick conversation about what I was in there for. My engagement ring, now married, prongs had broke for the second time. It was time for an upgrade for a more sturdy, fancy ring (only married 5 months, my husband is amazing!!!). Sandie quickly grabbed several cases of diamonds and started showing me different styles. As I was putting my current diamond into the new setting, she showed me several styles. The process was so easy and personal, I had never seen a jeweler like this before, and I appreciate the service. I found one that I loved, but we were wanting my husband to apply for the financing. We returned 3 days later, we approved within 15 minutes and had my brand new ring within two hours of that. I cannot say enough about how professional and amazing everyone was to work with. It was so refreshing to work with "real" women and not the stuffy, uptight women you find at show room jewelers. I just left Schumacher Diamond with the most beautiful custom diamond cross necklace, with my dad‘s birthstone at the heart of the cross. This piece literally gives me the chills and brought me to tears. Carrie combined my vision and style with her expertise to create something that is simply perfect. Carrie and Kathy both shared my tears of happiness over this piece. Schumacher diamonds was able to size my ring, check the prongs, and clean all my other rings in one day. BEST experience I have ever had with a jeweler. Will only be going there for any future jewelry purchases and recommending them to everyone I know! They went above and beyond even during the holiday season!

This place is amazing! Customer service is second to none. The whole process of designing/purchasing an engagement ring was so smooth. My fiance helped seeing her ring, but neither of us expected it to look as good as it did upon completion! Basically what I'm saying is if you're looking for anything diamond- this is the place. Had a really great experience with them! First spoke to lynnae, super informative and sweet! Then was greeted by Carrie and Randy, must say they give you a real warm welcoming! My fiancè was a bit skeptical and weve had a bad experience with jewelers before but i was reassured all was well. For my first time being here it was good! We will definitely be back!
